Many families struggle with eating healthy now a days. Eating healthy has always been a struggle for me and has only become more difficult with each addition to our family. Now, more than ever, we need to put our health first. My husband has been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and now my son is showing signs of food sensitivity. They’ve cut out the gluten, cut back on corn and dairy, and have tried almost every gluten free food out there.
I’ve done a lot of experimenting with gluten free flours and other ingredients. I’ve been doing it for years, ever since my husbands health problems started years ago. I’ve come up with some great alternatives to wheat flour cookies, pizza crust, pie crust, and more! More and more companies are introducing gluten free options, and that’s great!
